During our recent stay in York, we had the chance to experience this centrally-located hotel that certainly offers a good balance between luxury and value. Just a minute's walk from the city centre, the convenience can't be beat, especially for family outings. The room was spacious, furnished with modern decor, and the soundproofing is impressive-ideal for sleepy little ones after a day of exploring! We enjoyed our comfy bed with plump pillows; a great way to recharge for another day of adventures. The bathroom was clean and equipped with free toiletries, which is always a plus when travelling with kids. The staff truly enhanced our experience; they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, securing additional parking and proactively changing our room when we faced a minor issue. While we opted out of breakfast, I've heard it's worth a try, so I'll keep that on my list for next time. Lastly, the value for the facilities and service we received was notable-perfect for families on a budget looking for quality. A solid option for those wanting a touch of luxury without breaking the bank.
